My parents started a custom home construction company the year I was born, and I grew up on job sites, measuring, tiling, painting, and learning how homes come to life. But design was always my first passion. I spent my childhood sketching house plans next to my dad and rearranging spaces to make them flow better. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the University of Nebraska, with a minor in Art History, I began my career as a healthcare designer. Working on large-scale hospitals taught me how profoundly our physical environment affects how we feel and function. It shaped my belief that design isn’t just about beauty, it’s about intention. Today, as a Realtor® and Designer, I help homeowners prepare their properties to shine in the market through The Design to List Experience: a refined process that blends market insight, thoughtful design, and elevated presentation. Together, we inspect and evaluate what’s holding a property back, renovate and refine to boost value, and stage and sell with confidence to achieve the highest return.
